All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Full payment is typically required 60 days prior to departure.

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and other electronic payment options. All prices are quoted in the specified currency and are subject to change without notice until full payment is received.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the package and service providers involved. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for detailed information. In general:

  • Cancellations made 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus deposit
  • Cancellations made 30-59 days before departure: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure: No refund

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

4. Travel Documents

It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they have all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and health certificates. We are not responsible for any issues arising from inadequate documentation.

Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the return date. Visa requirements vary by nationality and destination. We can provide guidance but cannot guarantee entry to any country.

5. Liability and Limitations

While we strive to provide accurate information and quality services, we cannot be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during travel. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Natural disasters or adverse weather conditions
  • Political unrest or terrorism
  • Changes in schedules by third-party service providers
  • Personal illness or injury
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings

Our liability is limited to the cost of the travel services purchased through us.
